What’s Involved?

We recommend that you work with one of our productivity coaches for a minimum of 6 weeks (or 6 sessions). This will ensure you have the opportunity to highlight any challenges holding you back and have time to work through these with your coach. All of our coaching packages start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, where we will identify your current challenges and design your unique coaching plan. You will then spend the following sessions learning techniques that will help you overcome your challenges and will have you working effectively and efficiently.

Step 1: Identify challenges

During your first session, we will identify any challenges that are holding you back from being your most productive self. Additionally, we will look at any tools or systems that you may be using to manage your tasks and time. Once we have a strong understanding of the challenges you are facing, we can begin to create your roadmap to productivity.

Step 2: Develop a system that works for you

Over the course of the following 2-4 sessions, we will map out a set of goals to achieve and challenges to overcome. We will then work through a number of productivity techniques and tools, to find out what works best for you and see what is going to help you achieve your goals and overcome your challenges. At this stage, we will have created your roadmap and selected the techniques that will support you along the way. After these few sessions, we will have created a fine-tuned system that helps you focus your time and efforts on actions that are strategic and meaningful.

Step 3: Maintain your system, overcome your challenges and achieve your goals

The rest of your sessions will focus on maintaining your new system, ensuring that you are monitoring your productivity and using the techniques defined in earlier sessions. Your coach will work with you to maintain your system and monitor your productivity, until you’ve reached a point where you are happy to manage it on your own.
